This has been the best leasing experience I’ve ever had. My family was in a pinch and had a very short amount of time before we needed to move. Gayle helped us locate not only a new home in the area we really wanted, but also options that would be coming available by our move in date. As soon as the property we liked was ready to view, Gayle set up an appointment the same day to view it with a wonderful lady named Ellen.
We loved it and the next day we worked with Clarissa to get all our paperwork together. Even with an unexpected ding on our credit report, Clarissa was great and worked with us to figure it out and get us approved. Every person we’ve worked with from this management company has been nothing but kind, knowledgeable and proactive. They really helped us. I especially want to say working with Gayle has been a joy. Even though I was calling her nearly every day for a week about the property she was always patient and cheery with me. Joseph and the entire team has been communicative and forthright about the details of renting out our home. I have never taken the time to write a review for anything in my life but after our experience there was no way we could not give credit where credit is due. My wife and I have viewed many homes in the past few months therefore we have met countless showing agents. We met Priscilla on a few occasions and she was an absolute god send. She was helpful and full of kind spirit and treated us as if we had been friends for many years.
We had not met anyone like her throughout our entire search. We did end up getting another home from another company but only because it was closer to the area we wanted to be in. This company made a great choice in hiring Priscilla to be their showing agent. She truly is what every person who shows houses should strive to be and I see nothing but success for North West Propert Management Group as long as she is showing the houses for them. She spoke highly of her other co-workers and even called the girl who does their applications, Klarisa, to ask a question for us and she answered her right away and sounded very sweet from what we could hear. My husband and I have been thrilled with NWPMG so far! They absorbed the property we currently rent from past management the same day we moved in and were very communicative. The process went very smoothly. When we went to renew our lease they honored our request to go month to month, made by the previous management group AND fixed many things in our home that we had requested to be fixed before we had even moved in. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests, especially pressing ones. It has been the best experience we have had so far with property management. 10/10 highly recommended.
