The COVID-19 outbreak is causing major economic impacts and we know this will affect some financially more than others. These are unprecedented times and we do not know what the future holds, but our goal is to work together to establish a payment plan for those who need it.
At this time, we have developed a process to collect information, documentation and engage conversation with tenants affected financially by COVID-19. Once we have gathered this information we will immediately go over all the details with the property owner and determine a plan to move forward.
Our recommendation for those tenants who are unable to pay rent is to do the following:
- Fully complete our Request for Reasonable Accommodation – COVID-19 form located on our website under the Forms button – COVID-19 Form.
- Email the completed form and a copy of your most recent paystub and a copy of your employment status letter, layoff notice, termination notice, etc. to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax it to 425-645-8041.
- Once we have received all information, we will review and let you know what options are available.
